A large crowd of Illawarra enthusiasts from around Australia were at the Berry, NSW Showgrounds for the 50th Illawarra Spring Fair.
To celebrate this milestone a special sale was also held.
Sale top of $5600 was paid for the joined heifer Eagle Park Tuck Angeline 4487, a direct grand daughter of the 4 times Brisbane Royal Champion, Panorama Angeline 9, EX 94.
She sold to P Ringland of View Mount Illawarra’s near Bega.
Second high seller was the Reserve Junior Champion of the 50th Fair Creighton Park Faith 2458, this classy heifer sold from Parkers Dairy in the Hunter Valley at $5100 to E Downes of Canowindra, NSW.
The Three Creeks Viper daughter Kangawarra Sunbeam 4696 sold at $3600 to Debreceny & O’Keefe of Comboyne and the South Australian rising yearling heifer Springvale Honeymoon 85 a/c W & C Doecke also reached $3600 selling to Reg Cochrane P/L.
