Established in 1983 by Michael Kerr, Kerr & Co Livestock is the largest privately owned independent livestock business in the region.
The transaction will enable Kerr & Co to continue to grow their presence and offering to clients.
Kerr & Co Livestock Principal, Michael Kerr says the team is pleased with the outcome and will continue to operate under the Kerr & Co brand for the foreseeable future.
The transaction is in line with Elders’ Eight Point Plan, targeting areas for growth in the Agency business and increasing the Company’s national footprint.
