Joined female numbers remained strong with 1,890 head with buyer interest strongly focused on Angus breeders on AuctionsPlus.

A line of Angus heifers from Yea, VIC sold for $1,250.

These EU accredited heifers are aged 18 to 19 months, weigh 424kgs and are PTIC to Rennylea Angus bulls.

Proven breeders averaged $1,175 and sold to a top of $1,510. This top price went to a line of rising 5 year old Angus cows from Werai, NSW.

These cows are 612kgs and are PTIC to Onslow blood Angus bulls. Mixed age and older breeders averaged $998 and sold to a top of $1,290.

This top price went to a line of 8 to 11 year old cows from Moyston, VIC. These cows are 680kgs and are PTIC to Weeran bulls.

Cow and calf units totalled 750 this week with clearance slipping to 55%.

Mixed aged units averaged $1,188 and sold to a top of $1,250 which went to a line of 144 cows and calves out of Tambo, QLD.

These Droughtmaster cross and Brahman cross cows, which are aged 4 to 9 years, weigh 415kgs and have been running back with Angus and Brahman bulls, with 2 to 20 week old calves at foot. Proven breeders with calves at foot averaged $1,186 and sold to a top of $1,400.

This top price went to a small line of Angus cows with Composite calves at foot, from Cowra NSW. The cows are aged 4 to 6 years, weigh 524kgs and have been running back with Blue E Composite bulls.

The calves at foot are 4 to 6 months old and weigh 195kgs. Lastly a line of Santa Gertrudis first calvers from Binnaway, NSW sold for $1,200.

These cows are 2 to 3 years old, weigh 434kgs and are PTIC to Shorthorn bulls. The Santa and Angus calves at foot are 1 to 4 months old and weigh 116kgs.

Weaner & Yearling numbers saw a slight increase for a total listing of 4,761 head. Weaner steers sold from 209c to 336c and averaged 287c/kg.

The top price went to a total line of 400 Rennylea blood Angus steers from Quirindi, NSW. These steers are 5 to 6 months, weigh 161kg and will be travelling to two different buyers in Hamilton, VIC and Toowoomba, QLD.

Weaner Heifers sold from 166c to 277c and averaged 232c/kg. The top price of 277c went to a line of EU accredited Bald Blair Angus heifers from Guyra, NSW. These heifers are 5 to 7 months old, weigh 227kgs and will start making their way north to Moura, QLD.

Moving south to Tasmania, a line of 60 Angus PTIC heifers, from Whitemark sold for $1,190. These heifers are aged 17 to 19 months, weigh 426kgs and are PTIC to Angus bulls.

Unweaned heifers sold to a top of 295c, which went to a line of Charolais/ Angus heifers aged 8 to 9 months and weighing 315kgs. Unweaned steers sold to a top of 341c which went to a line of Charolais / Angus heifers aged 8 to 9 months, weighing 328kgs.

Finally, looking to the west, a line of Angus slaughter cows, weighing 303kgs/ dressed from Northcliff, sold for 392c.

Again from Northcliff a line of Fresian slaughter bulls, weighing 244kgs/dressed sold for 361c. A line of 3 year old Angus cows, weighed 512kg, from Gingin sold for $986. Finally from Bindoon a line of Red Angus weaner steers, aged 8 to 10 months, weighing 352kg sold for 295c.
