Dairy Livestock Services recently auctioned the quality Commercial herd of Holstein and Cross Bred cows of John & Leanne Tett at their property, Homeville, Cobargo, NSW
The herd displayed wonderful dairy quality along with very good udders.
Sale top of $2,200 was reached twice for two close to calving cows sired by AltaColin and Bangon, they were both purchased by G Hopkins of Narooma, NSW.
Next top of $2,000 was also set twice when a 4 year old by Depot sold to R Wilson of Jamberoo and another 4 year old sold to Taylor Past. Co of Bega.
Several cows sold in the $1800 to $1900 range.
Selling agents Dairy Livestock Services report buyers were from throughout the Bega Valley along with Bodalla, Milton, Jamberoo and Moss Vale.
A total of 93 Cows av $1,465.
