NSM Merino ewe hoggets sold from $80 to $116 to average $106. The top price was returned by a line of 250 SRS Merino hoggets from Dubbo, NSW. These ewes are 16-20 months, weigh 44kgs, have a ½” skin and will travel north to Guyra, NSW. From Burren Junction, NSW a line of 365 Merino hoggets returned $107. The average price of Merino ewe lambs increased by $20 to $113, with lambs selling from $70 to $157.
From Mundoora, SA, 234 future breeder Poll Merino ewe lambs returned the top price. These lambs are July 18’ drop, weigh 43kgs, have a 1” skin and will travel locally to Kadina, SA. From Deniliquin, NSW a line of 205 future breeder Poll Merino ewe lambs returned $90.5.
