Emu Banks Hatman Moyawinks 2507 tops at $3100

Dickson-dispersalBuyers from all dairying areas of Western Victoria along with South East South Australia and Gippsland were strong bidders at the Dispersal of the Glenfyne herd of Bryan and Jo Dickson.

The herd of mostly Jersey – Holstein cross cows and approx. 50 Jerseys were Autumn calved and mostly rejoined and also included 20 dry cows due in the Spring.

This fine uddered herd was av 4.2% fat 3.7% protein with a cc of 73.

Sale top of $3,100 was paid by Tim Bryce of Allansford for Emu Banks Hatman Moyawinks 2507, VG 87, this 3 year old was by Hatman from a TBone dam.

Next top of $3,000 was paid by the noted Wanstead Jersey herd for Emu Banks Raceway Murnane 8250, VG 86, a 4 year old from a Vanahlem dam, these buyers also selected Emu Banks Casino Sarah 2801 from a Navara dam at $2,600.

There were 6 Jersey-Holstein Cross cows sell at $2,500 each .
