With many Holstein Australia Sub-Branches throwing their weight behind the Semex-Holstein Australia Virtual Holstein Spectacular entries are coming in thick and fast in the run up to entries closing on November 23.
The Semex-Holstein Australia Virtual Holstein Spectacular has five classes, from 2-year-old animals through to 6-year-old and over, with a limit of one entry per class per entrant.
The top two animals per class from each Sub-Branch go through to a regional competition, and the top two per class from the regional comp go through to the national competition. Regional winners will be announced mid-December, national winners in January.
To enter, submit a brief video of each cow which can be uploaded to the Virtual Holstein Spectacular website, with a series of drop down menus making the entry process quick and easy once you have your video ready to go.
Each Sub-Branch has selected a judge from our National Judging Panel with judging to take place late November. Winners and place-getters from each Sub-Branch will be announced on our Facebook page early December.
The competition then progresses to regional and national level, with judges to be announced soon and trophies and cash prizes up for grabs.
