Top price of $4,500 was reached for the 4 year old, former Adelaide Royal Junior Champion, Billabowrie Pistoll Lainey selling to P & C Castles of Allansford, Vic, these buyers also selected Billabowrie Bruce Luna, a joined heifer from the same maternal line at $3,300 and Billabowrie Kakadu Santana at $3,000.
There was excellent demand for the rising yearling heifers selling to a top of $3,100 for Billabowrie Legend Skyla selling to Josh Smith of Tasmania.
Other noted sales in the heifers were Billabowrie Legend Sharon at $3,000 to the Cleggett Family of Glencoe, SA with Billabowrie Legend Delta and Billabowrie Legend Princess also selling at $3,000 each to J Mungean of Timboon, Vic.
Selling agents Dairy Livestock Services report the sale was conducted as an in room online live auction with bidders from all States and animals selling to buyers from, NSW, Tas, SA & Victoria to average $2,975.
