The 15µ micron wool sold to a top of 1765c greasy or 2507c/kg dry, and 16µ micron wool sold to a top of 1656c greasy or 2231c/kg dry.
The top priced lot online for the period was 14µ micron Australian Superfine fleece AAAFINE wool which sold for 1925c/kg greasy or 2659c/kg dry.
Offered by the Australian Wool Network, this lot has 0.5% vegetable matter, is 69mm in length and is “GLEN STUART” branded.
Upon return, there is an estimated 54,978 bales to be offered nationally in the physical wool market next week.
