With the unfortunate cancellation of International Dairy Week, Dairy Livestock Services will bring to the dairy industry a collection of the finest of each breed with an accent on past IDW greats.
“Whilst we will not be having International Dairy Week in our normal format in 2021, we are thrilled to confirm that Dairy Livestock Services will be conducting The Winners Circle Sale on the Thursday night of what was normally the last day of IDW – Thursday, January 21,” auctioneer Brian Leslie said.
“We think this will be a great chance for many of you to get together in your own communities and enjoy some friendship whilst watching the sale online.
“Thus it is with absolute pride and pleasure we present you this unique catalogue of ‘Australia’s Finest’ representing All Dairy Breeds.”
On study of this catalogue you will find many of the famed IDW Show teams and individuals represented.
“The sale consists of absolute amazing young cows and heifers, many would have been prime exhibits at IDW this year along a few select choices and embryo lots that are destined to become great individuals,” Mr Leslie said.
“Down through the past 30 years of IDW I have had the great honour of selling many of the greatest in each Breed at their respective sales, this sale brings all into one !
“In the lead up weeks prior to sale evening we will bring you footage and commentary on each lot, should you wish to inspect any lot or require any further information feel very free to contact any of the Sales team.
“IDW wishes to thank The City of Greater Shepparton, Declan Patten, Brad and Andrew Cullen for their valued input in assisting to host this important event.
“As a director and organiser of International Dairy Week since its founding back in 1990 it has been a thrill to in some way help showcase Australia’s Finest Dairy Cattle to the rest of the World, we thank all of you for your support and look forward to being back in 2022. I know you will enjoy reading this incredible catalogue “The Winners Circle”.
We look forward to being with you online on Thursday evening, January 21.”
