The Master Breeder Eagle Ridge herd held their Dispersal Sale of all late AutumnĀ and early Winter calving heifers at Shepparton.

Sale top of $8,500 was paid for lot 1, Eagle Ridge Tatoo B Pauline, a very correct heifer sold due to sexed King Doc.

This one was from a VG 88 Brokaw dam with 551 kgs fat backed up by 2 more gens of EX dams, she was purchased by return buyers, Luccombe Holsteins of Finley, NSW

Second high of $6,250 was paid by another return buyer M Adams of Stoney Creek for Eagle Ridge Fierce GC Pauline also due to sexed King Doc.

She was from a VG 88 Gold Chip dam with the 2nd dam over 430 kgs fat. The same buyer also selected Eagle Ridge Doc F Pollyanna, a stylish heifer from a Fever dam with 531 kgs fat at $5,250 and Eagle Ridge Rambo GWA Polly, this heifer sold due to sexed Select and is from a VG 89 dam and the next dam an EX 92 Shottle, she sold at $5,200.

Other noted sales include Eagle Ridge Lambda CEO Polka, a grand daughter of a 616 kg fat Atwood at $5,500 to return buyers, Eloora Past Co of Blighty, NSW and Eagle Ridge 1st Grade C Kate also due to sexed King Doc. She is from a VG 87 dam with the grand dam a Vindicate daughter with 554 kgs fat selling to D & J Custance of Nyora also return buyers.

Selling agents Dairy Livestock Services report buyers were from most parts of Victoria along with NSW & Qld.
