A successful Limousin Muscle Sale VII was held on March 4, conducted exclusively on Auctions Plus.
The online catalogue was viewed 1457 times, in addition to the almost 1000 catalogues being mailed out. There were
63 registered bidders with another 10 guests watching on.
Top price honours in the bull section went to Parkview Limousins with lot 18 Parkview Krafter making an impressive
$7400. The remaining three Parkview bulls on offer all made a very credible $7000 each.
The female section had a top price of $6600, this being achieved for lot 39, KLG Flamenco C7. She was purchased by
Divine Limousins, Yarrowitch, via Walcha, NSW.
In the semen section lot 71 comprising of 4 straws of Viking semen made $1200, while lot 61, 4 straws of Nenuphar
made $1100.
Clearance rates of all live lots were very high with 14 of 20 bulls selling to average $4869, and 19 of 22 females
selling to average $3368.
Bidders logged on from as far North as Roma, Qld to Portland in South West Victoria.
