New generation of leaders for VFF Livestock Group

lambexTHE Victorian Farmers Federation has welcomed a new generation of leaders into its livestock arm with the election of Ouyen cattle producer Leonard Vallance as President and Beaufort sheep producer James Kirkpatrick as Vice President of the VFF Livestock Group.

“I welcome the new President, Vice President and council members,” outgoing Livestock President Ian Feldtmann said.

“The Livestock Group will have new challenges going forward and I’m confident the Group will continue to be a strong advocacy body for all Victorian primary producers.

“It’s been a privilege to serve as the VFF Livestock President over the past four years, but now it’s time to move on and I’m pleased to see the Group has been left in capable hands.”

The VFF Livestock Group is still seeking a member to take up the role of Mallee Regional Councillor, with Leonard Vallance vacating the position to be appointed Group President.
