Shorthorn Beef will be conducting two Beef Production workshops in early February, one in SA and one in Victoria.
Dr. Jason Trompf will be presenting the workshops, which are based on the Bred Well Fed Well concept which has delivered so much value and innovation to the sheep industry over several years.
The workshops are in depth and provide producers with the tools to assist them to establish their breeding objectives, refine their bull selections and improve the maternal efficiency of their herds.
It is hoped that these workshops will have a similar impact in the beef industry as they have in the sheep industry.
With the current returns available for cattle breeders there has never been a better time to invest in ensuring that production systems deliver sustained profitability for breeders for years to come.
The South Australian workshop will be held on Thursday Feb 2nd at Eloora Shorthorns, Cavendish, Victoria.
The Victorian workshop will be held on Friday Feb 3rd at “Blackmoor”, Kingston, SA.
Attendance is highly recommended as these workshops are extremely rewarding.
