Nationwide, steers weighing 300kg to 350kg sold from 300c to 443c, to average 386c/kg live on AuctionsPlus last week.
Cattle numbers had a slight increase with a total consignment of 12,113 head.
State by state offerings are as follows; Queensland 3,670 head, New South Wales 7,513 head, Victoria 343 head, South Australia 371 head, Tasmania 116 head and Western Australia 100 head.

This top price went to a line of rising 3 year old EU Angus cows from Walcha, NSW, PTIC to Angus bulls. PTIC proven breeders averaged $1,851 with a top price of $2,220. This top price went to lines of Angus Cows from Glen Innes and Braidwood, NSW. PTIC mixed aged lines averaged $1,193 with a top price of $1,920. Older PTIC cows averaged $1,360 with a top price of $1,570.
