From genomics to beef brands at Shorthorn conference

The focus for the 2017 Shorthorn Beef National Conference is to:

Deliver a clearer understanding of value concepts in beef production

Explore new opportunities for genetic evalaution and genomic systems in the 21st Century

Showcase the carcass and eating quality of the Shorthorn breed.

The Conference will highlight world class speakers and opportunities for all beef producers that exist in the rapidly developing, market oriented, beef supply chain in Australia. Now is the time to ensure that production systems are capable of capturing full value into the future.

Ticket costs are $88 per person for the 2 day Conference and $77 per person for the Gala Dinner.
