Dog-handling-school_4389 Due to the high demand, Murray Local Land Services is bringing back renowned dog trainer Ian O’Connell to the region for one last one-day workshop aimed at helping sheep producers in reduce labor costs and increase on-farm efficiency.

A sheep producer and master dog trainer, Ian has developed a system of training working dogs that makes it easier for farmers to understand and apply to every dog, no matter its temperament.

Ian recently demonstrated his teaching skills at the 2017 BestWool/BestLamb conference in Bendigo, and again has no free seats, despite having presented at the same conference in 2015.

The workshop will be held at Holbrook on 9 October and will cost $200pp, dogs allowed.

Places are nearly booked out, so if you are interested in attending, please contact Gen Guest on genevieve.guest@lls.nsw.gov.au, or 0409 077 254 or book online https://working-dog-training-holbrook.eventbrite.com.

In addition, Ian has now launched a webinar series to take you through his step-by-step training system. The first webinar is free. For further information click here.
