Wild dog trappers can now tender for work

ssc
Wild-dogExperienced wild dog trappers can now tender for contract work, to assist with the control of wild dogs in South Australia.
The trapper program will be funded by the sheep industry, NRM boards and the State Government.
Successful contractors will be expected to carry out wild dog control by trapping, baiting and shooting on properties inside the Dog Fence in South Australia.

Contracts will be of varying durations, which will depend on the available funding and the nature of the work required, with possibilities to extend contracts. It is likely that more than two experienced wild dog trappers will be contracted.

The program will provide at least two full time equivalent trappers each year for the next four years.
