The MSA Excellence in Eating Quality Series will be held at Wagga Wagga on September 12.
It will be held at the Wagga RSL, Cnr Kincaid and Dobbs Streets, Wagga Wagga from 1.30pm to 8.30pm and is free.
Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) invites producers to attend the Meat Standards Australia Excellence in Eating Quality series, which aims to recognise those producers in each state who consistently deliver superior eating quality beef for the benefit of consumers and the profitability of the industry.
Linking on-farm production to the end consumer, the event will start with registration from 1.30pm followed by the ‘Consumer trends driving on-farm change’ forum from 2.00pm – 5.30pm.
Attendees will walk away with the tools to make practical on farm change to the benefit of your herd’s eating quality outcomes, the end consumer, and the profitability of the industry.
The forum will be followed by drinks, canapés and the announcement of the 2019 MSA Excellence in Eating Quality award winners.
