LambEx 2024 will be held 7-9 August in Adelaide, at the Adelaide Convention Centre in a three-day showcase highlighting the latest in tech, innovation and progressive thinking for the sector. According to LambEx Chair and South Australian lamb producer Jason Schulz, LambEx is going to be a pivotal scene-setter for the industry for the years ahead. “LambEx is going to be big! We have a global agenda and mantra to push frontiers, be forward-thinking and set the tone for what is coming next on the horizon,” said Jason. “Our team have been bold and ambitious in curating a program (to be released in April) that is designed to inspire, challenge and perhaps even polarise, with speakers and content drawn from across the globe,” he said. “LambEx is truly a whole-of-industry event.
