Coomboona Holsteins dispersal tops at $7000

Dairy-sale--11A huge crowd of interested Holstein enthusiasts were at Mooroopna North in the Goulburn Valley for the Elite Dispersal of Coomboona Holsteins.

Sale top of $7,000 was reached three times when Coomboona Steady Rosina a lovely uddered young cow bred from the James Rose family sold to Avonlea Holsteins.

Coomboona McCutchen Lautamisha, VG from the famed Comestar L family sold to Cairnhill Holsteins and also at this figure was Coomboona Mogul Shana from the Martha Sheen family who sold to Craig Lister.

Next top price of $6,300 was Coomboona Snowman Delliz bred from the Comestar family.

At $6,200 was Coomboona Goldwyn Rosanna, VG selling to Brad Salmon also at this price was the yearling Coomboona 71800 (Imp. ET) an Avalanche daughter of Royal Winter Fair winner Aingers Advent Bambi selling to Lightning Ridge Holsteins.

Her full sister Coomboona Avalanche Bambi sold at $5200 to K & H Jones.

R & M Zanders also paid $5200 for Coomboona 72203 (Imp. ET) a 2 month old heifer calf by Doorman from MS Atwood Madison, EX 93.

The BIAC Syndicate paid $5250 for Coomboona 72218 a 2 month old red heifer from the Luck-E K family.

Other noted sales included the 3 month old full sisters Coomboona 72197 and 72216 selling at $5,000 each to N Flanagan and R & J Gordon.
