Thousand Guineas Shorthorn Beef has grown in popularity since the unique brand was launched three years ago.
In the Wagyu and Angus strongholds of Japan and Korea, Shorthorn is gaining popularity.
Many consumers are now seeking leaner cuts of beef and the MB 2+ product is seen as a healthier alternative, while still delivering a premium, juicy, flavorsome eating experience.
To meet the growing demand for Thousand Guineas, JBS Australia will increase production in the New Year, giving more people the chance to enjoy this premium beef brand.
Critical to the brand’s availability is the Shorthorn producer, so JBS Australia were proud to host a select group of Shorthorn producers for an open day at Beef City recently, touring the integrated facilities and enjoying the opportunity to learn more about the strong future for the brand.
Producers were taken on a tour of the feed facilities, learning about the carefully crafted nutritious grain rations, exceptional animal welfare and state of the art facilities that ensure world leading hygiene and safety.
Beef City is synonymous around the world for delivering beef of the highest standard – a reliable, safe product with unrivalled product shelf life of 140 days.
