Sale top was the outstanding heifer Cairnbrae Casino Althea bred from a VG Valentino dam with over 8,400 litres, she sold to B & J Dickson of Terang. These buyers selected several top lots including Cairnbrae Chrome Daisy 12 backed by 8 gens of EX dams and high BPI’s at $6,500, Cairbrae Chrome Daisy 13 from 5 gens of EX and Cairnbrae Chrome Estelle 13 both at $6,500.
Equal second high of $8,000 was paid for Cairnbrae Tbone Estelle 19, EX 91, a 7 year old completing 7 gens of EX selling to Pat Buckley of Camden, NSW who also selected Cairnbrae Bontino Daisy 2, EX 91 at $7,000.
Also at $8,000 was Cairnbrae Ensigns Beauty, EX 90 bred down from the All American Champion Blacky Rose, EX 96, she was purchased by A & C Coombes of Long Flat, NSW.
