Why did you apply to participate in the TRAIL Program?

I believe it would be an extraordinary chance to personally develop as a leader. This program would allow me to further understand and grow fundamental skills and attributes that are key to a successful leader.

With a continued trend toward a younger and more technological based workforce within our industry, there hasn’t been a time like the present that we need experienced, well trained emerging leaders to guide the future of our industry.

I believe the TRAIL Program will allow me to gain key leadership skills and attributes, allowing myself to engage more effectively within the workplace, community, and industry.

I’m looking forward to gaining key leadership skills and attributes through this opportunity, allowing myself to engage more effectively within the workplace, community, and industry.
