It has been six long years but the pinnacle in Australian sheep, lamb and wool – LambEx – finally returns to the agricultural calendar with early bird registrations opening. LambEx 2024 will be held 7-9 August in Adelaide, at the Adelaide Convention Centre in a three-day showcase highlighting the latest in tech, innovation and progressive thinking for the sector. According to LambEx Chair and South Australian lamb producer Jason Schulz, LambEx is going to be a pivotal scene-setter for the industry for the years ahead. “LambEx is going to be big! We have a global agenda and mantra to push frontiers, be forward-thinking and set the tone for what is coming next on the horizon,” said Jason. “Our team have been bold and ambitious in curating a program (to be released in April) that is designed to inspire, challenge and perhaps even polarise, with speakers and content drawn from across the globe,” he said. “LambEx is truly a whole-of-industry event. High level content, a huge trade show, celebrity chefs, the who’s who of the industry, young trailblazers, lamb-inspired menus and of course, a lot of lamb chops!!!,” said Mr Schulz. “LambEx will be THE sheep industry event of the year,” he said. -LambEx |
