Saputo Dairy Australia (SDA) has advised its suppliers of a step up in minimum milk price of $0.15 per kgMS for the 2024/25 season.
This step up increases the weighted average farmgate milk price to $8.15 – $8.30 per kgMS for exclusive supply in the Southern milk regions (being Gippsland, South-West Victoria and South Australia, Northern region and Tasmania).
This payment will be automatically applied to all qualifying milk supplied under an exclusive SDA milk supply agreement from 1 July 2024. Payment will be made to suppliers with their December 2024 proceeds during January 2025.

The milk prices quoted above are a weighted average across SDA’s supply base. Milk prices achieved at individual farm level will vary and final milk prices will be influenced by a variety of factors on farm.
